How to book your Hypnotherapy session(s):
Step 1 - Feel free to contact me via this 'Contact & bookings' page first.
Step 2 - Once you have done that and we've both arranged a date and a time for your free no obligation initial consultation, you can then either; download the 'Client Hypnotherapy Initial Consultation and Registration form' found on the 'Forms & Downloads' page and send it via this 'Contact & bookings' page's webform (below), as you can attach it here (below) ahead of time with your details.
Or alternatively, I can fill it when you're on the virtual call with me via Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, Skype, or Facebook Messenger, and I can then send it over to you to be singed for you to then send it back to me, whichever is the more convenient option for you!
Step 3 - Once you have filled in the initial contact and registration form (above on this page), and you have sent it via the 'contact and bookings' page either before, during or after our initial free no obligation initial consultation virtual call, we can get your hypnotherapy session booked in, for a time and date slot that best suits you.
Step 4 - Make payment for the full balance (inclusive of non-refundable deposit of £50.00) upfront, via bank transfer or credit or debit card payment, (bank transfer preferred) No cash, PayPal or Amex is accepted.
Step 5 - Your tailored online hypnotherapy session(s) starts, and you can record the call also to play back to keep and use whenever you wish. Block bookings have a discount! Please see FAQ's page for further information.
