Are you formally qualified as a Hypnotherapist and registered with the GHSC?

Not yet but I have experience of taking some courses that have given me enough knowledge to be competent and also to lawfully practice and also being insured for our mutual protection. I am however in the process of looking to become formally qualified as I consider it nonetheless important to get official recognition.

What payment types do you accept?

Most payments in the form of major credit and debit cards. Bank transfers are also okay. No Paypal or American Express. All bank and/or card charges are payable by the customer as well as any transaction fees or currency transfer fees. It is advisable that the customer ears check with their bank or card issuer or currency conversion company such as the Post Office etc if any may apply particularly if making payments outside of the UK as I can cover worldwide except in some less democratic countries for mutual protection.

Do you have a money back guarantee for your services?

No as you pay for my time. This is to protect my livelihood. However my rates are competitive and I charge what is proportionate to charge and I always to give you the very best service that I can offer. The first initial 30 min consultation is free of charge however.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, if you give 48 hours notice then I can just cancel the appointment for you. If it is less than that I would not be unreasonable, but I don’t have to at that point. But for situations of less than 24 hours notice to cancel I reserve the right to keep a retainer fee which is half of my hourly charge. If there is less than 24 hours given then I reserve the right not to do so to protect my livelihood.

Do you charge a fee for the initial 30-minute consultancy?

No, the only charge that I have is for my time, and also my other products that I may have on my site shop when added at a later date. I have no hidden charges whatsoever they are highly unethical. You get a discount as advertised if you book three or more sessions with me to assist in keeping your own costs down.
