1. Cancellation Policy

Upon accepting an appointment with Chris Green of Destiny Loom UK, you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

1.2 Cancellation

• 1.2.1 – Any request to cancel or reschedule an appointment must be communicated via text or email and received at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• 1.2.2 – A cancellation notification received in advance of 72 hours will entitle the client to a refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
• 1.2.3 – If a notification is received within 72 hours of the appointment, the full session fee will be due.

2. Change of Appointment

• 2.1 Rescheduling an appointment is at the discretion of Chris Green.
• 2.2 – Rescheduling before the 72-hour deadline allows fees to be carried over to the new appointment, under the same cancellation terms.
• 2.3 Note: Appointment times are as stated by the therapist. Late attendance may not guarantee a full session.

• 8.1 – These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
